1. Ready-to-Ship Screen Print Transfers:
- All non-custom orders placed will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days. This does not include orders that contain pre-order items.
2. Custom Screen Print Transfers:
- All orders for custom screen print transfers will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Carriers:
- We utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you for monitoring the delivery status. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for its loss or misdelivery. We do not refund shipping fees.
4. Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly, delays can occur that are outside our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
